Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session February 27, 2018 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Jack Young on Tuesday, February 27,20 18 at 5:33p.m. in the conference room ofthe Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Jack Young, Vice Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Planning and Community Development Brian Rose, Police Chief Blaine Wade, Interim Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Budget Director Hollie Verran, and IT Specialist Greg Cross. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Review of Fiscal 2019-2013 Capital Improvement Plan 2. Discussion of Abandonment of Meadow Alley North of 900 Block of Shelby 3. Discussion of Property Lease for Tenneva Hotel, LLC. Project 4.
