Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session March 27, 2018 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Jack Young on Tuesday, March 27,2018 at 5:35p.m. in the conference room ofthe Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Jack Young, Vice Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilwoman Michelle Reuning. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Planning and Community Development Brian Rose, Director of Administration Mary L. Williams, Utility Billing Supervisor Penny Gray, Zoning Administrator Blake Ailor, Budget Director Hollie Verran, and IT Specialist Robert Lucas. In addition, Joe Bianchi and Nick Bianchi, of Lost State of Franklin Distillery, were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Discussion of Acquisition of 200 State Street 2. Discussion of Zoning Map Amendment for B-2E District 3. Discussion of Zoning Text Amendment for Surface and Parking Requirements 4. Discussion of the City's Utility Billing Policy 5. Discussion of American National University Property Acquisition Agreement 6. Discussion of Fiscal 2019 Goals and Objectives Program There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:38p.m. Mayor Tara Musick City Recorder
