Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee Special Called Work Session I)ecember 11,2018 5:30 P.M. The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Michelle Denise, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers and Councilman Jack Young City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Chief of Police Blaine Wade, and Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert. In addition, Mr. Alan Levine and members of the Ballad Health Board of Directors and staff. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1.
