Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session December 18,2018 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, December 18,2018 at 5:41 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Michelle Denise, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, and Information Technology Specialist Robert Lucas. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Discussion of City Council Rules and Procedures 2. Discussion of Sale of Property for Tenneva Hotel Development 3. Discussion Tri-Cities Legislation Policy Accomplishments 4. Discussion Chapter 420Incentives for Bristol Hospitality,LLC.
