MÍnutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council \ilork Session May 28,2019 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 5:31 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Michelle Denise, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilman Jack Young. In addition, Councilman-elect Mahlon Luttrell and Councilman-elect Vince Turner were in attendance. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Planning Services Manager Cherith Young, Business Development Specialist Jon Luttrell, and Information Technology Specialist Greg Cross. In addition, Mr. J.J. Gillenwater and Mr. David Wagner were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. l Presentation by A.G. Commercial - Redevelopment of Bristol Products Site 2. Proposed Rezoning of 1101 Anderson Street 3. Solid Waste Landfill Disposal Bid 4.
