MÍnutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session June 2512019 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, June 25,2019 at 5:35 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilman Jack Young. In addition, Councilman-elect Mahlon Luttrell and Councilman-elect Vince Turner were in attendance. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Planning Services Manager Cherith Young, and Information Technology Specialist Robert Lucas. In addition, Mr. Ben Baker and Ms. Jane Pettus representing CareHere!, provider of health and wellness services at the employee clinic, were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation of Employee Health and Wellness Clinic Annual Report 2. Discussion of Redevelopment of 6th Street between State Street and Shelby Street 3. Discussion of Downtown Parking Restrictions 4. Proposed Rezoning of I Centre Drive 5. Presentation of Newly Enacted Legislation by 2019 General Assembly 6.
