Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session January 21, 2020 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Margaret Feierabend on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 8:40 a.m. in the Nature Center at Steele Creek Park. Members of City Council present included Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Vice Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Councilman Chad Keen, Councilwoman Lea Powers, and Councilman Vince Turner City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Accounting Manager Hollie Verran, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director ofParks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Police Chief Elaine Wade, Police Major Tim Eads, Planning Services Manager Cherith Young, and Director of Information Technology Shane Vamey.
