Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session June 22, 2021 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 11 :03 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell L. Easley Municipal Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. C ity staff members presen t included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, City Recorder Mary Lee Williams, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Fire Lt. Justin Mullins, and Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for di scussion, wi th no formal action being taken. I.
