Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee Called Joint City Council - Board of Education Work Session Ju ly 13, 2021 The Called Joint City Council and Board of Education work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, July 13 , 202 1 at 11 :02 p.m. in the library at Bristol Tennessee High School. Members of City Counc il present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Communi ty Relations Jon Luttre ll, and Accounting Manager Hollie Verran . The agenda for the meeting included the following item for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1.
