Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session July 27, 2021 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttre ll on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 11 :07 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bi ll Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Com munity Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Police Chief Matt Austin, and Fire Chief Mike Carrier.
