Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee Called City Council Work Session August 10, 2021 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, August l 0, 202 1 at 3:01 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell , Vice Mayor Vince T urner, Council woman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson. and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, and Interim Finance Director Hollie Verran. The agenda fo r the meeting included the fo llowing item for discussion, with no formal action being taken . 1.
