Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session August 24, 2021 The C ity Council work session was called to order by Vice Mayor Vince Turner on T uesday, August 24, 202 1 at 11 :00 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Munic ipal Annex. Members o f City Council present included V ice Mayor Vince T urner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Mayor Mahlon Luttre ll listened to the work session telephonically. C ity staff members present included C ity Manager Bill Sarah, City Attorney Daniell e Smith, Director of Develo pment Services T im Beavers, Director of Admi ni stration Mary Lee Wi ll iams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development, D irector of Parks and Recreation Terry Napi er, representati ves from Bristol Tennessee Essential Services including Dr. Mike Browder, Lola McVey and, Tom Davenport. In addition, Dr. Chad Couch, of Ballad Health. was in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the fo llowing item for di scussion, with no fo rmal action being taken. 1.
