Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session January 13, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell , Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Councilman Chad Keen observed the work session by electronic format. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Development Services Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Police Chief Matt Austin, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier. In addition, members of the Executive Board of the Advance Bristol Foundation were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following item for discussion, with no formal action being taken. AGENDA 1.
