Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session January 25, 2022 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Mahlon Luttrell on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 11 :03 a.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Mahlon Luttrell, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Counci lwoman Lea Powers City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Admini stration Mary Lee Wi lliams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell , Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, and Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, and Budget Director Christa Byrd. In addition, members of the Bristol Tennessee Board of Education and school system staff were in attendance.
