Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session January 23, 2023 The C ity Council called work session was called to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Co uncilman Mahlon Luttrell , and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Wi ll iams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, IT Manager Greg Cross, and other departmental staff. Also in attendance was Kurt Hodgen, Senior Vice President of Executi ve Recruitment for Strategic Government Resources (SGR). The agenda fo r the meeting included the following item for discussion. As a result, semi-finalists for the City Manager position were reviewed and finalists selected. AGENDA l.
