Minu tes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session January 24, 2023 The City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 , at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Counci l present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included C ity Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Di rector of Communjty Re lations Jon Luttrell , Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napi er, IT Manager Greg Cross, Director of Community Development and Planning Cherith Young, and other departmental staff Also in attendance was John Jetter, CEO of Bristol Regional Medical Center. and Josh Littleton with the Birthplace of Country Music.
