Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session June 27, 2023 The City Council work session was brought to order by Mayor Vince Turner on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 5;00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Mayor Vince Turner, Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Operations Dave Wilson, Director of Engineering Brian Ramsey, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Cherith Young, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Traffic Engineer Micah Bray, and IT Manager Greg Cross.
