Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session June 25, 2024 The City Council work session was brought to order by Vice Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present included Vice Mayor Mark Hutton, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Mahlon Luttrell, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Mayor Vince Turner was absent. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Planning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of Finance Hollie Verran, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of IT Savio DIas, Director of Utilities Mark Quickel, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Transportation Planning Manager Tyler Gillenwater, and Transportation and Mobility Planning Manager Micah Bray.
