Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session April 22, 2025 The City Council calied work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Tuesday, Aprii 22, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. in the meeting room of the Steele Creek Park Nature Center. Members of City Councii present inciuded Mayor Mark Hutton, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Rae Akard, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend and Counciiwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present inciuded City Manager Keiii Bourgeois, City Attorney Danieile Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Wiiliams, Director of Pianning Services Cherith Young, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttreil, Director of Utilities Mark Quickel, Director of Finance Holiie Verran, Accounting and Budget Manager Sheridan Perumal, Fire Chief Mike Carrier, Director of Public Works Brian Ramsey, Director of Community Engagement and Events Terry Napier, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Director of General Services Russell Whitaker, Police Chief Matt Austin, and Senior IT Manager Greg Cross.
