Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Called Work Session August 7, 2025 The City Council called work session was brought to order by Mayor Mark Hutton on Thursday, August 1, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. In the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex. Members of City Council present Included Mayor Mark Hutton, Vice Mayor Vince Turner, Councilwoman Rae Akard, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend was absent. City staff members present included City Manager Kelli Bourgeois, City Attorney Danielle Smith, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Community Relations Jon Luttrell, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Mains, Finance and Customer Service Manager Terra Lawson, and IT Network Technician Nick Fugate. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken.
