A one-page informational sheet will be provided for review at the meeting and then posted online. MAYOR INTRODUCTION PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public are invited to share their thoughts about the boathouse project to the village board and the public at large. Rules for public comment are below. For the purposes of this meeting, if a speaker has a question, they may ask it and if an answer is readily available, the board or present staff will provide it to the best of their ability. The comment period including questions will remain at 5 minutes. Additional comments or questions may be submitted electronically to elinden@brockportny.org within 24 hours of the meeting in order to be included in the minutes or to be considered by the board. RULES FOR PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments/questions Policy for Public Comment: 5 min/per person/ state name and address for record / clearly address the Board. Virtual participants can raise their hands and will be called on to speak. All remarks shall be addressed to the Board as a body and not to any member thereof. Speakers shall observe the commonly accepted rules of courtesy, decorum, dignity and good taste. No speaker may yield their time to another speaker.
