DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
Public Works – Superintendent Dan Verace
• Request approval of steel beam purchase for construction of lean-to, Kozel Steel quote
o Request Village Board approval of budget amendments and transfers
OLD or NEW BUSINESS:
• DCJS/JAG grant of $190,438 awarded to fully fund the BPD for the purchase of three vehicles
• Request from BAF Committee to extend the August 2025 Arts Festival from the 5 corners on
Main Street north on Main Street, beyond the Main Street Bridge to the Round-About
• Establish an interview committee to interview applicants to the ethics board and make a
recommendation for appointment
