Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Bright Future of America LLC is requesting approval of a conditional use ordinance permitting construction of a childcare facility operated as Kiddie Academy licensed for 150–170 children at 15435 West Capitol Drive. The site is zoned “R-4” Two-Family Residence District. Nursery schools, day nurseries and childcare centers are regulated as conditional uses by the city zoning code, permissible in any zoning district subject to a public hearing and upon approval of an ordinance by the Common Council. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives of Bright Future of America LLC will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the conditional use process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for August 14, 2019. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
