Kindly submit a “Public Comment Form” an hour before the start of the scheduled meeting time with the City Secretary or online. Forms are not reserved for anyone, nor may time be deferred to anyone. PowerPoint presentations may not be accommodated. c. The public comment period is a total of 9 minutes. d. There is a three (3) ‐minute time limit per speaker. e. For the record, the speaker must identify by name before speaking. 3). Discussion, consideration, and action to approve the April 18th, 2024, meeting minutes. 4.)
