Military Affairs Input GENERAL COMMUNITY INPUT ADJOURNMENT This Page left Blank 6 Municipal Services This Page left Blank 6 This Page left Blank 6 This Page left Blank 6  Budget & Personnel This Page left Blank 6  RESOLUTION NO. __ OF 2019 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN RUDD TO POSITION 4 OF THE CABOT PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS, Position 4 of the Parks and Recreation Commission is currently vacant; and WHEREAS, John Rudd is a capable and qualified citizen of the City of Cabot who desires appointment to the Cabot Parks and Recreation Commission; and WHEREAS, Mayor Kincade hereby recommends the appointment of John Rudd to fill Position 4 of the Parks and Recreation Commission, subject to the approval of this governing body. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CABOT, ARKANSAS, THAT: SECTION 1: John Rudd is hereby appointed to Position 4 of the Cabot Parks and Recreation Commission; said term is set to expire on September 4, 2020. SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
