Consideration, discussion, and decision to enter contract with Dennis Johnson on the land across from Sonic. e. Consideration, discussion on the Sale of (1) one acre of land to Iron Horse Development. Land to be used for Dollar Tree, Family Dollar store with anticipated opening of December 2023. Bill for Brent Jung Staking for rough grading street, drainage channel and detention pond. o Fee = $2,000 Sewer and Waterline Staking. o Fee = $2,000 Final grade staking for street and drainage channels. o Fee = $2,500 Total Proposed Fee = $6,500 g.
