Discussion, consideration and approval to contract with Branch Out Tree Service for pickup and mulching of fallen limbs and trees inside the city limits of Cache, Oklahoma, not to exceed $25,000. 4. Discussion, consideration and approval of Resolution 23-01 amending the Cache Economic Development Authority Trust indenture Article VII, Paragraph (1) by adding 2 additional trustees and eliminating years served by each trustee. 5. Discussion, consideration and approval of Ordinance 2023-06 amending Chapter 4, Article 2, section 4-20, Subparagraph 6b fee per square foot in addition to the minimum fee for new residential and commercial construction or additions to existing residential or commercial structures to $0.35 effective August 14, 2023. 6. Discussion, consideration and approval or denial of the 2023-24 School Resource Officers agreement with the Cache Public School.
