Consideration, discussion and decision to the request of All America Bank to include “Financial Assistance Provided by All America Bank” on all marketing material and allow a single sign for the bank saying the same on the Gateway Plaza Project. e. Consideration, discussion and decision of the payment of $166,966.00 towards the Gateway Plaza loan from the sale of Lot two, Block two, Gateway Plaza. As per the agreement with All America Bank. f.
