Discussion, consideration and approval to discontinue issuing permits for fireworks inside the city limits of Cache. 7. Discussion, consideration and approval of Ordinance 2025-05 amending Chapter 15 Article 5, Section 144 for the purpose of eliminating redundant ordinances effective as of July 8, 2025.  8. Discussion, consideration and approval of Ordinance 2025-06 amending Chapter 15 Article 5, Section 124 easements, utility for the purpose of creating regulations for the installation and inspection of utility line and the responsibilities that the contractors hold and hereby effective July 8, 2025. 9. Discussion, consideration and approval of Ordinance 2025-07 amending Chapter 17, Article1, Section 2 rights of way and easements for the purpose of establishing responsibilities that the property owners hold in regard to easements maintenance and hereby effective July 8, 2025.
