Computer Use Policy: Jessica reviewed and combined the Computer Use Policy adopted by the City Council in February 2002 and the League of Minnesota Cities Model Policy recently distributed at a seminar. Please review to determine whether or not this meets your expectations. If you wish changes to be made, we can make revisions and present it at the December 12th Meeting. Addendum #2. Council action: B. C. VI. New Business A. Challenge for Suicide Prevention: Enclosed is data on suicides in Minnesota. While you may not wish to take part in a formal prevention program, I thought you may be interested in reviewing the analysis of suicide rates by County. Addendum #3. Council action: B. Gambling Resolution: The Council is asked to adopt a resolution indicating approval of the Fire Relief Association Gambling License and Premises Permit for renewal period February 2006 through January 2008. Addendum #4. Council action: C. D. 2 VII. Clerk’s Report A. Employee Time Record: Enclosed is the Employee Time Record for pay period November 7 – 20, 2005. Addendum #5. B. 2005 Wastewater Infrastructure Needs Survey (WINS): Enclosed is a copy of a State mandated report completed and submitted by Tony Klug and myself. Addendum #6. C.
