WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2026, 6:30 PM
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Trustee Kreklau called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m.
Members Present – Trustee Trendel and Trustee Kreklau
Members Absent – Trustee Blackwood
Others Present –Village Administrator Kris Breunig
2. PROOF OF POSTING: Confirmed - Upper and Lower levels of the Amundson Center, Cambridge Post Office, Badger
Bank, Bank First, and the Village website.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Trendel to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2026, meeting. Second by Kreklau. Motion carried by
voice vote.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. Discussion and Possible Action on Employee Handbook
Discussion was made regarding changes to the sick leave policy. This is to be discussed with the Village Board
at its next meeting.
6. NEW BUSINESS – None.
7. CORRESPONDENCE – None.
8. CLOSED SESSION
9. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
10. REFERRALS TO STAFF: None.
11. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Trustee Trendel to adjourn. Second by Trustee Kreklau. Motion carried by voice vote.
