BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:03 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 11/10/2020 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 159/2020 Enter into a contract amendment with the Stark County Community Action Agency in order to extend the deadline date to expend their CRF funds for the Emergency Housing Stabilization Assistance Program from December 1, 2020 to December 4, 2020. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 213/2020 Enter into contract with The Safety Company, LLC dba MTech Company in the amount of $64,328.00 for the purchase of a Portable Pipeline Inspection Unit for the Collection System Department pursuant to the Ohio Department of Administrative Service Cooperative Purchasing Program which exempts said purchase from competitive bidding. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 9:05 AM
