BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman was excused and the Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry was present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was excused. Andy Roth substituted for Katie Wise. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 6/8/2021 - Minutes 1. Ordinance TBD Ordinance 118/2021 Enter into a professional services agreement with CTI Engineers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $172,368.79 for design services and plan preparation of the 4th St. SE Sewer Replacement Project, GP1338 for the Collection Systems Department. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance TBD Ordinance 119/2021 Enter into a professional services agreement with Motter & Meadows Architects, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $97,400.00 for the design services and plan preparation of the Collection Systems Department Administration Building Modifications Project, GP1255. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
