BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM. Director of Public Service John Highman and Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. Visitor present was Tammy Hajdu from the Department of Development. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 2/22/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinances 217/2021 & 35/2022 Enter into contract with Mullin & Lonergan Associates in the amount of $32,550.00 in General Funds in order to prepare the City’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The General Fund will be reimbursed from HOME- ARP funding once the Allocation Plan is approved by HUD. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 7/2022 Award and enter into contract with Custom Container Solutions, LLC in the amount of $65,156.00 for the purchase of thirteen (13) 15-Yard Roll Off Boxes for the Sanitation Department. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded.  Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
