BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Wednesday, August 30, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:02 AM. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 8/30/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 171/2022 Enter into all necessary agreements for the issuance and payback of a loan not to exceed $5,000,000.00 to Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. for infrastructure construction of Phase II of the Hall of Fame Village Project. Discussion: Mayor Bernabei stated that this item will be tabled. 2. Ordinances 223/2021 & 5/2022 Enter into Change Order No. 2 with Turf Alliance, LLC in the amount of $14,912.00 due to the development of a Storm Water Analysis and Permit and removal of asphalt found under Field #2 at Thurman Munson Stadium during resurfacing, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,376,366.00. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment:  Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 9:04 AM
