BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. Visitors present were Dawn Fish and Shannon McCullough-McKee from the Department of Development. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 9/6/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 191/2022 Enter into the following contracts utilizing American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funds.
