SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes A Special Board of Control meeting was held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 3:30 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry was present. Director of Public Service John Highman was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. Visitor present was Jerry Durieux from the East Central Ohio Building & Construction Trades Council. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 9/14/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 171/2022 Enter into all necessary agreements for the issuance and payback of a loan, not to exceed $5,000,000.00 to the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. for infrastructure construction of Phase II of the Hall of Fame Village project. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
