BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Director of Public Safety Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service John Highman were also present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was absent and Andy Roth substituted. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/27/2022 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 2/2020 Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Ohio Drilling Company for a cost reduction in the amount of $7,801.76 for the 2020/2021 Turbine Service Pump Repair and Well Cleaning Maintenance Program, resulting in a new contract amount of $245,648.24. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 276/2022 Enter into a one (1) year contract with Hylant Administrative Services, LLC for a total annual premium in the amount of $317,922.00 for the City’s Liability and Auto Physical Damage Insurance Coverage for 2023. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Adjournment: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 9:04 AM
