BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry was present. Director of Public Service, John Highman was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 5/16/2023 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 276/2022 Enter into a professional services contract with Bricker Graydon LLP in an amount not to exceed $130,000.00 for legal services related to the lawsuit regarding the construction project at the City of Canton Water Reclamation Facility. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
