BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Bernabei called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service, John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 8/8/2023 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 66/2022 Enter into Change Order No. 3 with Stanley Miller Construction Co. in the amount of $11,807.47 for the Centennial Plaza Restroom and Operations Support Facility due to unforeseen items in the design phase of the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,675,520.72. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 69/2022 Enter into a professional services agreement with CTL Engineering of Ohio, Inc. in the amount of $266,150.00 for the construction administration services for the 15th St. SE Bridge Replacement Project, GP1299. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Bernabei made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Highman seconded.  Discussion: No discussion.
