BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry and Director of Public Service, John Highman were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 6/18/2024 - Minutes 1. Ordinances 50/2023 & 4/2024 Award and enter into a construction contract with Insituform Technologies USA, LLC in the amount of $766,349.01 for the 18th St. Storm Sewer CIPP Project, GP1386. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
