SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Special Board of Control meeting was held Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 10:15 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/12/2024 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 3/2024 Enter into a contract amendment with OpenGov, Inc. in the amount of $3,250.00 in order to add the Unlimited User Model to our current contract for the Computerized Maintenance Management System Software Service (CMMS). Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
