SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Special Board of Control meeting was held Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 10:04 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman was present. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/19/2024 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 3/2024 Enter into 36-month agreements with AT&T Corp. for the Dedicated Internet and the IP Flex phone carrier service at City Hall. Dedicated Internet is the transport/internet circuits. IP FLEX is the voice portion of the bundle. Discussion: Director Highman clarified that this is for two separate contracts. One for Dedicated Internet and one for IP Flex. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced contracts. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
