SPECIAL BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Special Board of Control meeting was held Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 1:30 PM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 1:32 PM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 1/23/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 259/2024 Enter into a one (1) year contract with Hylant Administrative Services, LLC for a total annual premium in the amount of $75,141.00 for the City’s Cyber Insurance Coverage. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced contract. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.
