BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Director of Public Service, John Highman called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry was also present. Board President, Mayor Sherer was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 9/9/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance TBD Ordinance 166/2025 Enter into a professional services agreement with Verdantas, LLC in the amount of $175,000.00 for the engineering design services on the Elgin Ave. NW Neighborhood Improvement Project, Phase 2, GP1478. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Director Highman made a motion to approve the above referenced agreement. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Director Highman made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Perry seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 8:31 AM
