BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 8:32 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman was present. Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry was excused. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/30/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 3/2024 Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Ohio Drilling, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $163,274.00 for the Turbine Service Pump Repair and Well Maintenance Program, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $177,726.00. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. 2. Ordinance 62/2024 Enter into Change Order No. 2 & Final with Tri Mor Corporation for a cost reduction in the amount of $16,540.00 for the Cleveland Ave. SW Reconstruction Project, GP1435, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $830,865.84. Discussion: Per Director Highman, the project is now complete. Cleveland Ave. SW and Bolivar are now done. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 2 yeas 0 nays Motion carried.  Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced change order. Director Highman seconded.
