BOARD OF CONTROL Meeting Minutes The Board of Control meeting was held Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 8:30 AM in the Mayor’s Conference Room. Board President, Mayor Sherer called the meeting to order at 8:35 AM. Director of Public Service, John Highman and Director of Public Safety, Andrea Perry were present. Board Secretary Katie Wise was also present. There were no visitors present. The following items were for review/approval by the Board of Control: 12/16/2025 - Minutes 1. Ordinance 66/2025 Enter into a contract amendment with Lighthouse Ministries of Canton which received $50,000.00 in City funds for 2025 Summer Youth Programming, in order to extend the contract expenditure deadline from August 31, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Discussion: No discussion. Motion: Mayor Sherer made a motion to approve the above referenced amendment. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Motion carried. Adjournment: Mayor Sherer made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Highman seconded. Vote: 3 yeas 0 nays Meeting adjourned: 8:36 AM
