MEMBER MORRIS: Members of Council, wasn’t to long ago that we voted in favor of spending quite a few million dollars of Comprehensive Plan money to rejuvenate this facility. So, now what we have on the table is, we have another partner of Canton City Council coming to us and wanting us to help them out. In exchange for this, what has turned into a gem, we’re getting vacant property throughout the City, most of which is has been vacant for years and years. Nobody’s developed it, but one of our partners… and let me… let me remind you what happens to us with partners. Chamber of Commerce was our partner, Hall of Fame Village was our partner, Hall of Fame was our partner, and every time we have a partner we take it on the chin and our partner walks away grinning. So I know some of you say that owning baseball field is a liability. Not one of you said that the baseball field was a liability when you voted in favor a funding the repairs and entering into a contract with Canton City Schools. I would suggest that Canton City Schools would like Munson Stadium, let Canton City Schools purchase Munson Stadium from the City. They had no problem putting up their big huge sports complex right after many of us went to out constituents and said vote in favor of this new levy because they are going to build schools and they really need the money. I’ve taken it on the chin in my Ward for Canton City Schools. And… and the property that they’re offering… look if it was prime real estate somebody would’ve purchased it from them. We’re not in the real estate business. We own a gem, keep the gem. If they want to buy it, sell it to them at a gem’s price. Thank you. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you, Member Morris. It is not a purchase, it’s a trade. You’re looking at buildable properties that the schools were torn down off of. That we can put market rate housing on and increase our… and increase the population of the city and the… and our tax base. Munson Stadium over the years, we’ve thrown… this is not the only time we’ve put large amounts of money. I won’t… I don’t know the numbers so I won’t say, but we’ve renovated Munson Stadium more than once. It’s cost…continually a cost to us. Nobody rents it, they don’t use it let’s put it in the schools hands, take that off our table… excuse me… take that off our table and put together market rate housing in this city. That’s what we need. We need population and we need people to keep it going. So that’s why I’m going to vote in support of this. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you, Member Hawk. MEMBER MARIOL: So, I’m… I’m also in support of this and to Member Morris’s points about partnerships and the city sometimes coming up on the losing in. I would say that we currently are in partnership with Canton City Schools on Thurman Munson.. And that partnership means that for twenty-five years they operate the facility… uh we get no revenue from that, yet we are on the hook to spend… the large… expensive capital improvements that will need to be made including the turf fields that are millions of dollars. And so, by getting rid of this outside of any type of land, we are taking what will be a liability over the next twenty-five years, that this city is going to have spent millions of dollars on. And putting that liability where it should be, which is with the entity that is scheduling, doing the programing, and generating revenue from it. The revenue from the stadium needs to be invested back in. We cannot do that, because we are not collecting the revenue on it. So I believe voting yes on this fixes what could be a partnership that ends up being a loss for the city. MEMBER GIAVASIS: Madam President. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Yes, Member Giavasis. MEMBER GIAVASIS: You know today I came into Council offices and reread the Ordinances where he looked at the parcels. I mean on face value I don’t… totally disagree with what Member Morris said, but the one thing that I know that the Comprehensive Plan says is that we need to look at developing… single family houses market rate. This gives us an idea opportunity to do this. But that aside, there’s one entity in the city that we should be a partner with and that’s our schools. We live and die by our schools. Uh… we’re only as strong as our school are. Uh… so being a partner of the Canton City Schools is not an omen, it’s not a… bad mark. We need to support our schools. Yes, we need to be partners with our schools, but I’m not looking at this as a partnership stand point, I’m looking at this as common sense. As… Leader Mariol just stated, there’s a lot other fixed costs that goes into play by keeping this facility in return for the property we’re getting. Yea they’re not uh… the best parcels, but they are buildable parcels and they’re shovel ready. And that’s something we don’t have go through the expense of doing as whether is making them shovel ready, but being a partner of the school system is something that City Council should be working more towards…because this city is only to live and die by the strength of our schools. That’s what’s going to make people want to live here in the City of Canton. It doesn’t matter if we pave our streets, it doesn’t and to do the other things. We have to want people to live here. And the biggest reason why people move into a community is because of the schools. So being a partner with them is not a bad thing. So, uh… with that saying I am going to support this Ordinance. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Are there any other remarks under this Ordinance as it has been amended? MEMBER MORRIS: Madam President. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Yes. MEMBER MORRIS: Rebuttal. Market rate housing. What’s the average market rate for the house in these neighborhoods where we want to build new houses? It will be determined my Habitat. They’re not going to be $150,000.00 homes. These homes are going to accommodate low to moderate income. That is not going to create a lot of jobs. Okay, the Comprehensive Plan stated housing. It stated that we needed to protect the housing at the northern end of the city… to... spend our resources in our neighborhoods that were on the cusp. It didn’t say that we were to get into the real estate business. It didn’t say anything about building houses. And Council should work on having a better partnership with Canton City Schools. The only problem is Canton City Schools has a bad habitat of only wanting to be our partner when they need something. They didn’t come down here and ask us to be partners when they decided to close Timken High School, run… and it gets put in the local COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS JOURNAL 112 JOURNAL PAGE 406 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OCTOBER 21, 2024 media and it’s all over the news and oh, three days later we get an email saying, “We would like to discuss this with the community leaders.” Canton City Schools didn’t consult me or any of you when they decided to close schools down in your Ward. They didn’t consult us and want to be a good partner when they came up with a Sister Plan, where your third grader and your fifth grader go to different elementary schools because they decided it was best for our community. Okay, as for something else Member Mariol or Leader Mariol, your absolutely right. It was a shitty deal that we worked out with Canton City School on Munson. MEMBER FISHER: I’m just going to say one thing, Member Morris. Canton City School did, I know they spoke with me when they were going over their plans for the new schools and the old schools, what have you. And because they came to me and because I sparred with them for quite a few weeks over this, we’re getting a brand new school in the southwest end, a K-6th; because they are getting out of the… the K- through 3 and 3-6 and all that. They do work with us. They are good partners and you do need to be involved in the Canton City Schools. You know that, you’re a parent. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you, Member Fisher. Now Member Hawk. MEMBER HAWK: Thank you. These are market rate single family dwellings. Three of them just got redone and sold on 10th St NW and Fulton Rd., $160,000.00. In a neighborhood nobody told me I could get that… anybody could get that kind of money. This is what we need stabilization in our community. Owner occupied market rate housing stabilizes the community. This is nice, flat land, it’s clean, it’s not near industrial areas, and it will do exactly what we need to do. Banks are coming on board because they’re they have too. They don’t necessary one too, but they are required to start loaning money on these projects. And there are some people out there who are willing to put up their money to build. So, we put ground underneath them, we’ve got a good chance. And I heard this story twenty years ago, when we built all those houses on 10th St NW, by Summit School. In fact I’m looking at a piece of property that be traded for Lehman High School, we did the 10th St. one. And if we… do not… if we did not share the (inaudible), if we do not do this deal… that ground… I could be corrected if I’m wrong, had to go to Charter Schools, which then degrades our public school system… PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you, Member… MEMBER HAWK: There’s a lot to this. You don’t often find a man, a black man moving in public housing with his children, that he has custody of. That’s usually a black woman or… or… or… a single white woman with her children, but something fell in my lap and I gave you guys a uh… uh… handout who he is, if you wanna…and his phone number. A couple a members already helped me with a few things. Thank you, Nate. Thank you, Lou for…and all you other that are helping me with this, but I want to touch on the…what you guys were talking about. I was going to talk Frank Tyson. All I want to say about that right now, those phone records for those officers that night and that man, needs to be subpoenaed because when you commit a crime like that… when you murder somebody, you calling somebody. Find out who they was calling during that time Frank was dead. Subpoena those records, but I want to go back to what you guys were talking about, about Habitat. The young man…he’s the prime example why Habitat has been… was created. And ABT…ABCD homes and Economic Development is for these people who need this kind of help. This man had nothing. Did…don’t…didn’t have a bed, didn’t have anything for his kids. He…his…I ran into him, I was leaving home one day, he was coming out of the apartment that was empty and he was with a social worker and they were talking as I was getting in the car. And he said I’ll just have to make a pallet on the floor to start off with. And that touched my heart. I sleep in a nice queen size bed with more things then I need in that house. So I just parted ways with some of the stuff I didn’t need or I don’t even use. But Habitat was created for something like this situation. He has custody of his kids. He was… he moved from a one bedroom home with three children. How is the systems let… allowing this to happen with a black man who did all the programs he did to get custody of his children. So, Metropolitan put him in a three bedroom. Those kids are so happy to get their… own… their own bedroom and not sleeping in a one bedroom house with their father. Since May he has custody of his kids and he just moved into a three bedroom over the weekend. This man needs house from Habitat, this man needs economic development, this man needs a Fair Housing, this man needs public uh… assistance. He said his food stamps is $257.00. he takes (buzzer) he takes his kids down to Refuge to Hope to feed them. Three kids and an adults, $257.00 in food stamps. (Buzzer) I’ll go in more detail about Frank. I brought my book I just didn’t have time. Uh… I’m here again about the police. Uh… received that they still have not… uh… Kyle Stone has still hasn’t taken the case to the Grand Jury. Hmm… said they wouldn’t. He’s going to wait until after election. We should not let him do that, because he feels after election everything will be ok. It’s on him. He came down here and explained how the Grand Jury works, but he didn’t tell the key point. He’s the one who takes the case. How he presents that case is how the Grand Jury is how the Grand Jury is going to vote. A no bill or a yay bill. It’s up to him. So once the election is over, he has nothing to prove. He can go in there and say yea I took it and they said a no bill, because he’ll go in there with some Mickey Mouse case. We got to put the pressure on him. Let him know he wants your vote, you want something. You know the only ones who are going to control this is our Mayor, the Police Chief, and Andrea. We got to do something. We gotta hold them accountable. At all cost. We got to hold them accountable. The rest of City Council they can’t do nothing about this. They may feel bad about it, but they have no power, they have no dog in this fight. The Mayor, Andrea, the Prosecutor, they do. Hold them accountable. Let him know we’re going to keep coming down here. You’re not going to sweep this under the thing… under the rug until after election time. We need to be bombarding his office with phone calls, emails, text messages whatever it takes to let him know we are watching you. CASSANDRA WHITE: Cassandra White 816 2nd St SE. I struggled all day of what to say tonight, but I made a commitment to fight for Zachery’s voice to be heard. So, tonight I’m going to tell you about the people… in Zachery’s life that Garret Marino effected by not de-escalation a situation and choosing to murder my son. So you all know me, Cassandra his mother, his father is James, his wife Alexis and him and hi… and them had three beautiful children. Ava is 6, Elijah is 3, and Layla is 1. They were Zachery’s number one priority and the loves of his lives. My heart breaks every day for my three beautiful grandchildren. Ava’s old enough to under this. Had to deal with being bullied at school and scared to death to walk to the bus because she doesn’t want to run into a police officer. Elijah thinks every knock at the door is his daddy or that his Uncle Caleb is Zachery because they look like twins. Layla just runs around yelling daddy all the time. He has two sisters, Carly and Bella, two brother Tristen and Caleb. Now that’s where I start getting angry because as a mother I can hide my pain, but when you hurt my children that is an indescribable pain. When my son was killed, the other four became lost. Like a puzzle that was never been finished from that one missing piece. Zachery left behind two nephews, Hudson and Colt who were only 7 and 5 months old. He loved being an Uncle to his sister’s boy. He missed out on not knowing his brothers both had a daughter, Thea and Harper. My parents, his grandparents, Kevin and Shelia are the most kind God loving people you may know. And I watched my mother cry, not understanding why and how someone could just take someone’s life. I hope at least one of those name sticks in your head to remind you of Zachery, so maybe you would ask on what you needs to be done for the city then you won’t have to sit here again listening to a family member. My dad, being a preacher and my biggest hero, told me to read this to you all tonight. This explains how we love as a family and for Zachery and why I keep coming back every week and my fight against your city is my top priority. “Love is patient. Love is kind. It does not envy. My address is 611 Smith Ave NW, is my family home. I’m going to start this off, I’m the middle son of four children. When we were growing up, as many in this room may not remember because you wasn’t here… CLERK WOOD: Can you please speak into to mic Mr. Gates? Thank you. ROGER GATES: Can you hear me now? PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Yeah, thank you, better. ROGER GATES: So, back in the day my mom was a single mother raising four of us. We de…we depended on a system, because that was what was needed. Which that, my mom had lived in fear of somebody coming in and taking us children from her for that reason because of her inability to be able to supr…provide for us on her own. She worked as a waitress, you know, back then it wasn’t a whole lot of money but it kept us going. I think some of forget where we came from. Which it brings us to what I’m going to…about to say today. We’re are systemically being failed by, from the bottom to the top, Canton City Police Department, Job and Family Services, Adult Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, our court system, and everything else. They’re working to close together… okay. Too close. Prosecutors, Police Department, and the Courts… all three. That leaves us with as a community out here. I’m working a $14.25 a job at $40 dol…at 40 hours a week. Have you guys ever tried to survive on something like that? Today’s age? It’s not easy… okay. So now, if I catch a hitch I get… I get fines or something. That means I don’t eat for a week. That means I don’t have no heat for my house for a month. Yea, reality… kicks in. That brings me to today… okay. When we come here we’re coming here asking you for help. We… we ultimately pay your guys wages. We are the fabric of the community. We are the people here. We pay you guys. We come to you guys for help. You got a legal department, you got a safety director and everything else. I cannot afford an attorney. That’s why I come here and asking you guys as my elected officials to help me. It’s not that hard. We get retaliation when we come in here trying to ask for some help. We don’t have legal teams to be able to back us on anything. We don’t have a legal team to take us through the Grand Jury. We don’t have wa… as a judge, we don’t get to prosecutor to represent us as the… our attorney. We have you folks that we elect and we trust in and believe in, but you guys are letting us down. You’re letting the system take over everything that we are about. Listen to us. That’s all I’m asking. We’re here to help. We the people. God bless y’all. I’d like to start this off, before I was rudely interrupted last time I wanted to give you guys some kudos, but I never got to give you guys that. Okay, I have a shout out to two cops who did not pull their guns on me, did not try to kill me, or threaten me. Uh…(inaudible) we walked about eight miles together and they got to know me. I hope of the rest of your department can get to know me… like they did. Instead of on the other side of a gun. Mr. Mayor you’re doing a great job on the you… on the alley ways. I do have a complaint though. Now the alley ways they are not repaving, you guys are wasting money, time, and resources on them just throwing asphalt in the hole. There needs to be tack and that hole needs to be filled. We live in a winter environment… okay. By winter time all that asphalt that you guys just threw in the hole, didn’t even fill the hole is going to come up. If I call of you guys, I might be put on a watch list to be honest… alright. I can’t object to anything you’re about to vote on that we pay for. I can’t even have those family events with a family of my own, if I started one. Which leads me to the next thing. Mr. Hawk, you used you were going to build these houses for single families. Well I’m trying to start a single family. I can’t afford a $160,000.00. That’s three years of me not eating, not paying to gas to get to work, not… I can’t afford that. I would have nothing. I could not do anything, absolutely. I couldn’t even survive to pay for a $160,000.00 house to start a family. I would do better with going out in the wilderness and squatting. VICKI PRUNTY: Hi, My name’s Vick Prunty, and I live at… PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: And if you could speak a little bit closer to the microphone. VICKI PRUNTY: Sorry… how’s that? PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Perfect. VICKI PRUNTY: Alright my name is Vicki Prunty and I live at 130 Pearl St. Uh… you first met me in 2020 after George Floyd was killed and my first official Black Lives Matter protest happened. I was sprayed in the face by… for nearly just standing in the street. Uh… and… each year I come back here… uh… I haven’t been here for a year, I’ve been sick. Each year I come back here and uh… nothing’s changed. Uh… your neighbors are hurting and they are asking you to help them. Yet, each week nothing changes. And you sit here and you do nothing to relieve the suffering. And you walk out in the community and you expect them not to treat you like psychopaths. You’re killing your neighbors by not doing anything. Each day… is another day… that they suffer… you hear, they’re all suffering. And because of policy, procedure, law, ordinance, you’re too afraid to act… and all that stuff is made up… but these are real people with real families, real feelings, real medical issues, housing insecurity, food insecurity. Their medical care is abysmal. And yet you want them to treat you… like a… everyone else. Is that… you’re not running a (inaudible) here. And expecting them to live off of crumbs while you worry about how you’re going to spend billions, millions of dollars. And they’re… barely able to buy diapers. And so… I invite them to start treating you like psychopaths, because you act like it. Uncaring, unkind… it’s ridiculous. I don’t need the other… PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you Ms. Punty. (Applause) Our next speaker is Ms. Skylark Bruce… Ms. Bruce. SKYLARK BRUCE: My name is Skylar Bruce and I live at 2216 Bolinger Ave. NE. Our police department continues its reign of terror against ordinary citizens. Last Monday, an individual who appeared to be having a COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS JOURNAL 112 JOURNAL PAGE 411 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OCTOBER 21, 2024 mental health crisis, broke a window at my church, New Vision United Church of Christ and took only a couple of books and a handful of craft supplies. CPD officers arrested the individual a few blocks away. Shortly thereafter, K-9 Officer Jeffries arrived to the church building and expressed disappointment to the neighbor. According to the neighbor, Officer Jeffries said he was sad the arrest had already happened because he wanted to sick his dog on the person. That does not sound like an officer of the peace. That sounds like an officer of violence. An officers whose pleasure come from the pain he can bring to others he views as lesser. And why not, by all appearances, Canton Police is the perfect place for that attitude. It’s also common place in how Israel’s forces treat Palestinians in Gaza in the occupied West Bank. In 2020, community member and lawyer Richie Harper drafted several proposals that could help Canton hold police officers and the police department to account for aggressive behavior. These included monetary damages from police involved lawsuits come to directly from the police department budget. While officers usually keep their jobs even after the cops (inaudible) the city substantial amounts of money. This idea would correctly place the accountability on the police department. And this proposal may cut down on excessive force incidents. Another option Harper proposed, a dollar for dollar decrease in the police budget for the following year after monetary payouts from police involved lawsuits. For example, if Canton PD cost the city $200,000.00 in lawsuit payouts in 2024, $200,000.00 would be deducted from their budget in 2025. It’s been told to me many times that City Council controls the city’s money. If City Council were actually interested in changing how the police department man handles citizens, you can start voting no every budget item that affects the police department until they’re willing to negotiate. Follow the money, make sure the police department follows the money. You’re not powerless you’re not helpless. You can do way more than sit here scrolling on mobile devices. With ready- made excuses in your back pockets about statutory cities and how you can’t propose legislation. The real truth is, if you wanted to stick your neck out and work toward change, you would and you still can. Despite not doing anything substantial previously, today is a new day. RANAE ULRICH: Good evening. I am RaNae Ulrich, formally of 401 12th St. NW 2nd floor. I am the author of the book from “Steel Toes to Stilettos”, President of Neopa Community Radio, and I am a Documentary Contributor and member of the Citizens Commission of Human Rights of Los Angeles, California, and a founding member of the Stark County Committee of Safety. On August 13th 2024 I was strangles by Bill Ray Sanders, who is a known, local bad guy. And was paid by my radio producer Steven Matthewson, who publically prayed for me to killed on 6/28 on Facebook. Last Tuesday he as sentence by this Prosecutor and Judge with a slap on the wrist or in a catch and release fashion. Women have a 750% odds of being murdered by their stranglers, but no lives matter. I did not have the privilege of having my promised pretrial meeting with the prosecutor. Nor did the… did I have the privilege for the judge to hear… have… hear my victim impact statement… because no lives matter. I never got to tell anyone of authority that one day in July, Billy Sanders drove me by a red factory on the Southside of Canton and said if someone really wanted to do damage to the city, they would hit that building. And it is recently disclosed that George Sorros is actively buying radio stations ahead of the 5th of November election. But what is more disturbing is that my ongoing, 2 year, federal lawsuit, Ulrich vs Ford Motor Company was dismissed on the same day as White House issued Directive 5240.01. Which authorizes the military to use lethal force against the American citizens. And this White House is already threatened to defund the police, which is our first line of defense. This is a reminder that the American people have a right and a duty to abolish an altar any form of government that affects their safety. So remember, remember the 5th of November that America is not Nazi Germany or China. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you Ms. Ulrich. And finally our last speaker is Rich Dyer I believe. My name is Rich Dyer, I reside at 933 Dueber Ave here in Canton Ohio. I been here for a little while. If you can’t tell, I’m not from up north, I’m from Texas. We do things different down there. Uh… I’m originally from Texas, North Texas, a little town called Newport. Uh… my father left when I was born. I was raised by a single mother, grandfather, which was a retired Colonel in the Marines and my grandmother. We were poor, we struggled, we worked hard, we survived. Came from a town where Peace Officers are true Peace Officers, not cops. That’s what we have here is cops. And I’ve seen it day in and day out. And I get upset even talking about it, but down in Texas we have breakfast with the Sheriffs and City Council Members, with the Mayors, every other day. Poor people, rich people everybody. It’s… it’s sad. Can you imagine that? Where…a town where you can do that. With your citizens every single day. I don’t know if any of y’all do, but I haven’t seen it here. Not for me anyway. Come before you today not to give you my life story, but concerned citizen if Canton. Lived her for about 10 years and since the time I lives her I started a small business. I’ve helped several of the homeless. I’ve taught children the basic automotive, technology, engineering, construction so forth. I’ve also been homeless, been brutally shot by the corrupt police department, not once, but twice. Haven’t even brought that up yet, but that’s coming. Uh… my family has been threatened by the cops. I can go on and on, about all the bad this City of Canton has done to me and my family; but I’ll talk about that soon enough. (Inaudible) those in the community that do know me have nothing bad to say about me. That I’m well respected by those who matter… the people. Let’s talk about the uh… City of Canton Code Enforcement. I’ve been harassed for about two years now, after obtaining my home, built in 1909. I’ve changed the appearance. I mow everybody’s lawn on the block. They can’t afford mowers, I’ll do it. Try to take care of my community. The department knows this and continually harasses me even they’re trying to see that I’m working on the property. Did the city care to do anything for the seven years it was vacant… no. They didn’t at all. Why… because they don’t get money from a deceased perso,n that’s why. Now they see the homeless lived in it being repaired they can get the money right. I’m here to tell you today the city needs to fix the… the roads correctly before they as us to fix our houses. They need to fix the street lights, they need to fix the alley correctly, before you write the less fortunate homeowners more citations, fix your city first. I don’t see it happening. Now the Health and Safety department. Do you know the Health and Safety Department let a man lay in house for 5 months, dead? And I could go on and on… on about all that and I will next time, but Mr. Mayo,r for three months now, that’s part of our problem I’ve called your office to get an appointment with you to talk to you about a lot of important things. Not one phone call. Y’all want to know what the problem is today, you can’t get ahold of anybody… (buzzer). PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you, Mr. Dyer. Alright, thank you to our speakers. To the left here you’ll see the painting that is been sitting there this evening. This is a…an original piece of art by nationally recognized artist Eric Dowell. This piece of art was commissioned by the… by the City through the Planning Department, and will be included in the… in the America 250 Celebration of the 2026 - 250th Birthday of the United Stated of America. And this is the same puzzle or excuse me, the same piece of art that has been turn into puzzles. Each of these puzzles are available for purchase from various locations throughout the city. Including Visit Canton as well as the Planning Department, right here at City Hall. So, just letting everyone know out there there’s people scamming the system starting off. I mean the letter just went out. So, that…that’s just…be careful out there when you’re dealing with people asking for your information. Uh… they… they’re not going to ask for all your personal information out there. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Very good point., our City Departments are not going to do that so be aware of that. Is there any Miscellaneous Business that any of the Members would like to bring forward? We had uh… we had uh situation today that we had a new employee that started for the City of Canton today, of all things and had a massive, massive heart attack. And I want to give a huge shout out to or other city employees that were present that were able. Now he’s not out of… this individual is not out of the woods yet, but… they were down… down off of Walnut by Carpe Diem. And uh if it wasn’t for our city employ…employees giving him… giving this individual CPR until the paramedics got there. Now he’s still got the fight of his life going on right now, but I want to give a huge shout out to our employees that stepped up to the plate today. It was uh… this guy’s first day on the job for the City of Canton today. PRESIDENT BATES AYLWARD: Thank you Mayor… MAYOR SHERER: So, lots of prayers will be appreciated.
