OLD BUSINESS: None
PUBLIC SPEAKS: Steven Amstutz expressed his frustration with a Facebook post Member Mayle made. John
Mayle gave his concerns about the City's Organized Crimes Unit. Bill Green encouraged the community to vote
yes on Issue 1. Skylark Bruce took moments of silence for recent victims of Police involved deaths. Stephanie
Ferrell spoke about her ongoing CPS issues. Alex Keller expressed his fear of ICE coming to the City and asked
what the City plans to do. Justin Nicely expressed his frustration on how he was treated at the last Council
meeting. Renae Ulrich spoke about how unfair she believes Government System is.
