Pursuant to the State of Emergency and Public Health Emergency as ordered in Executive Order No. 103 and 107 by the New
Jersey Governor, the City of Cape May will hold the City of Cape May Historic Preservation Commission and Zoning Board of
Adjustment Meetings at 6:00 P.M. and the Planning Board Meetings at 6:30 PM virtually via Zoom, with a live stream of the
meeting on the City’s Facebook page: Cape May, NJ COVID. Members of the public have the following options for observing
and/or participating in the meeting:
To watch and listen to the Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings
• Watch the meeting on Facebook as it is streamed live to the City’s Official COVID Facebook page:
- Log into Facebook prior to the meeting date, search for “Cape May, NJ COVID” (@capemaycitycovidinfo), or follow

- “Like” and “follow” the page.

The decision to hold virtual Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings was
made in consideration of the health, safety, and welfare of Board Members, City Officials, and the public. We understand that
this may be an adjustment for some individuals who choose to attend and participate in Historic Preservation Commission,
Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings, and ask for your cooperation and patience during this time. The City
